Meet The Team

How Are You (H.A.Y.) Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Lead

Trish Barker-Barrett

Trish heads up the H.A.Y. team of Digital & Community Engagement Coordinators & Community Specialists. Her role is both to manage the team but also to work strategically at strengthening relationships: thinking about mental health support across primary care, secondary care, the VCSE sector and the broader community at county, district, neighbourhood and individual levels.

Trish’s favourite way to take care of her wellbeing is to pull on her running trainers and leave all her stress on the road! She can also be found taking a pause on her yoga mat and is well known for using cheery colours to keep her mood in check.

Our Digital & Community Engagement Coordinators

The heart of H.A.Y. is engaging with local people, finding all the local gems that provide a boost to wellbeing, creating content with those activity, group and service leads to share here on the website, sharing other content from the site with them and then taking all that fabulous local wisdom and embedding the knowledge with professionals working to care for local people in all types of role. Our Digital and Community Engagement Coordinators can be found all round Cambridgeshire and Peterborough working their magic! We work as a team, but have a lead for each district:

Ollie Ayres – Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator (Digital Lead)

Ollie’s favourite way of ‘staying on track’ with his wellbeing is often orientated around railways, whether it is out on foot exploring a preserved railway, catching a train somewhere or most probably making models for his model railway.

Ollie leads on the digital side of things across H.A.Y. Cambridgeshire and Peterborough as well as being our main connection for CPFT Peer Support Workers and Recovery Coaches.

Susan Davidson – Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator (Peterborough Lead)

Susan gets a wellbeing boost from walks in nature, so enjoys the many green spaces Peterborough has to offer.

Susan is our lead contact for CPFT’s Personality Disorders Community Service (PDCS) & REDS (Relational, Emotional Difficulties Service), the Psychological Skills Service (North) and CPFT’s Social and Support Workers.

Jack Avison – Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator (Fenland Lead)

Jack is a bit of a social butterfly and connecting with others boosts his wellbeing. He enjoys spending his free time around friends whether it be taking the dogs to the dog park, a musical festival or just catching up over coffee.

Jack leads on the engagement for Fenland, after working previously as a social prescribing link worker and in substance misuse treatment.

Sally Howell – Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator (Hunts Lead)

Sally has many community projects on the go, so her favourite way to focus on her own wellbeing is to take time to sit in the garden and read one of her many books.

Beth Pettit – Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator (East Cambs Lead)

Beth likes to stay muddy: Gardening and trail running are her favourite pastimes, and if she’s not doing one of those she is probably talking about one of them.

Beth’s responsibilities include building on our relationship with the Cambridgeshire Libraries.

Charity Green – Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator (South Cambs Lead)

Charity relaxes by walking her dog Max (who sometimes features on some of the videos on How Are You South Cambs) and spending time in cafes, either working, drinking too much coffee or catching up with friends. She also loves dancing in fields at music festivals.

Charity is the team’s lead on pregnancy, birth and the first twelve months of a baby’s life (known in NHS language as Perinatal Services).

Kathryn Muir – Digital & Community Engagement Coordinator (Cambridge Lead)

Kathryn gets a wellbeing boost from singing as part of a community choir. She also enjoys swing dancing, reading, and getting outdoors in nature.
